We use hydraulic pistons and small extruders to feed high viscosity slurries to positive displacement gear pumps and slot dies. |

Lower viscosity slurries can be coated continuously using slot die or three roll reverse coating methods. Both coating methods allow for re-insertion and second side coating. | |
Inline drying, calendering, sintering, and slitting are available. | 3 roll reverse coating can adjust anode/cathode length with a 3/4" clear area and align the clear areas during the second side coating. |
